This beautiful, fruit forward vinegar has everything you would expect from high quality Italian figs: Sweet and sour, jammy with notes of red fruit and plum. This is a classic Mediterranean flavour. Pair with EVOO, any of our Citrus Infused Olive Oils and Black Truffle Olive Oil for bread dipping extraordinaire.
