Emails are monitored Monday to Thursday only. If you need quicker response, please call the store or warehouse directly during operating hours (Instagram DMs are also only monitored weekdays). If you are inquiring about inventory, the website is tied to the inventory in-store: if it says we're sold out online, that means we're sold out in store too.

If you are emailing regarding an order, please check your confirmation email and your pick up emails for details. Sometimes our emails go into peoples junk or spam inboxes, please give those a check before sending an email.
