At the Langley location: There’s free angle street parking available along Fraser Highway - check out this map from the Downtown Langley Business Association!

At the Chilliwack location: There is some free street parking out front - but if parallel parking stresses you out, there’s also a free parking lot behind the buildings across the street on Victoria Ave. between Young Rd. and Nowell St.

At The Warehouse: You can drive right up to the warehouse door - the alley loops around the building, so there’s no need to turn around or back out onto 95A Avenue.

No - Unfortunately our Warehouse isn’t equipped with a fitting room, and isn’t set up for visitors or shoppers.

We’ve got just the thing: Meet the Build Your Own Local Box. Pick all your own items and add a gift box onto your order - everything included in the order will be wrapped up, ready to gift!

Since items for our seasonal and occasion boxes are planned and special ordered months in advance for our pre-curated boxes, we can’t accommodate substitutions - but you can build your own Local Box with exactly the items you would like to include!

All pre-order items must be done online. We do our best to keep track of these orders and it gets too tricky to do this in store. 

Our small but mighty team works hard to get your pre-ordered items ready ASAP! We include an anticipated ready date in the product listing, but it may be ready sooner.

Abso-freakin-lutely*! We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within BC and on orders over $199 for the rest of Canada and the USA. No coupon code is required, it will automatically appear at check out. 

*Some items (like Local Subscription Boxes) are exempt from the free shipping promotion, but only because you’re already getting such a killer deal!

Some items are available for pick up in store only (there’s a good chance it’s mentioned in the product description if you read carefully!). Sometimes this error can happen if another shopper checks out before you and snags the last of that particular product. :( Items unfortunately not reserved until you check out.

F*ck yeah we do! We would love to see your friendly faces when you come to pick up your local goodies - Just select ‘Local Pick Up’ and your nearest location during checkout and wait (im)patiently for that sweet pick-up notification to come say hey!

PLEASE NOTE: Orders for in-store pick up must be picked up within three weeks, if an order is not picked up it will be considered abandoned and will be donated to a local initiative within our community. Orders not picked up with not be refunded.

Double check your postal code! In most cases, there’s a typo or an incorrect postal code has been used. Your billing address needs to be an exact match to what your financial institution has on file. If you’re still having issues, please contact your financial institution: we do not have access to that sort of personal information, so aren’t able to troubleshoot this.

Sorry, friends! We are not able to process Visa Debit directly through our website. But good news: You can use your Visa Debit for online orders if you checkout using PayPal (or when shopping in-store).

We ain't Walmart, we just don't have the means to be able to do that. If we're ever as big as those big box stores with bursting bank accounts we will be sure to rethink this policy. Our pricing is based on the pricing provided by our kickass vendors and the cost for us to operate our business.
