FAQs
Typically our turnaround time is five days. As our inventory is spread between multiple locations, five days gives us enough time to transfer the products to the appropriate location.
If you require a rush on your order, we always have products available to put something great together for a pick up order. We can usually put something together within 24 hours, but we would recommend a We Build Your Gift for this so we don't have to substitute a bunch of items that we may not have available at your location of choosing.
On our box builder program you will be able to specify your ideal pick up or delivery date. We recommend pre-booking for best product availability and choices.
We do 🎉 We offer local delivery via Uber if the delivery location is within 20 kms or we always offer shipping via Canada Post and other speedy couriers depending on the recipients location.
At check out just select Delivery and enter the recipients address and we take care of the rest.
Please Note: We are only able to process one delivery address per transaction, please do a separate order per transaction. If you are wanting to do a bulk order, please e-mail hello@thelocalspace.ca and one of our kick ass gift experts will be able to help you.
For people that are concerned about the items in their gift, we recommend you building your own gift. As a small business we run on a very small team and unfortunately at this time just don't have the means of back and fourth communication for this option.
Depending on how many orders are in the queue, you can expect 7-10 business days for engraved boxes (depending on how many you are ordering).

We recommend submitting your holiday corporate orders in by late August. By mid-July we release a corporate holiday gift catalogue, if you would like to receive the catalogue please click here.
We continue to accept orders all the way up to Christmas, but availability becomes more limited and product availability from our vendors become a bit more scarce. Any orders of 5 or more, we recommend pre-booking.
We are able to offer branding on a number of products including cribbage boards, charcuterie boards, wood keychains, coffee mugs, candles, lollipops, wooden boxes and more. Every brand we work with has different minimum requirements, so send us an e-mail and let's chat about your idea.
