Questions, answered.
Typically our turnaround time is 72 hours once your invoice is paid. We can usually do same day if you need it. If you're looking for a Langley pickup, we transfer to Langley once a week.
In the order form you can tell us your ideal pickup or delivery date. We recommend ordering early for the best product availability and choices.
We do 🎉 We offer local delivery via Uber within 15 km of our Chilliwack location, and we ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post and other speedy couriers depending on where your person is.
Building your own? Choose delivery or shipping at checkout and enter the recipient's address. Having us build it? Choose in the order form, and shipping or delivery is added to your invoice.

For people that are concerned about the items in their gift, we recommend you building your own gift. As a small business we run on a very small team and unfortunately at this time just don't have the means of back and fourth communication for this option, but we understand how important it is to make the perfect gift which is why we put together our best products for your Build Your Gift option.
