Directions:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1/4 cup of berries.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
Strain Juice into a jar and sweeten with honey.
Allow to cool. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Tips:

Using a Wide bottom, metal sauce pan works best.
Recipe should reduce to 1 cup of juice , simmer longer to achieve this
Keep juice refrigerated and shake well before use
