Kentucky is a southeastern state bounded by the Ohio River in the north and the Appalachian Mountains. Home to bourbon and Kentucky Derby, the renowned horse race held at Churchill Downs on the first Saturday in May. Taelore grew up at the race track with her grandfather and has always had a passion for horses, riding most of her life and competing in three day eventing.
