What's your Return/Exchange Policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days for exchange or store credit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Because The Local Box is a surprise and a pre-order item, is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
