Online Shopping Policy

All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Policy outlined below. This Online Shopping Policy may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Processing Times

The processing time depends on the day and can be up to three business days during busy times or sales. Processing time does not include the shipping time, it is just the time to get your order packed up and ready for you to pick up or be shipped. In most case scenarios processing time is less than 24 hours (during open times, keep in mind our warehouse is closed on Statutory Holidays).

If you order an item that has to be transferred from another location it may take up to 7 business days to complete.

In-Store Pick Up

When you select in-store pick up you must wait until you have received an e-mail notification notifying you that your order is ready. We try our best to get to in-store pick ups as soon as possible (and in most cases under 24 hours) but in the off chance that inventory is off on the computer (technology can be wrong sometimes) we want to let you know of any discrepancies before you take the time out of your day to come to the store to pick up your items. 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders for in-store pick up must be picked up within 10 days, if an order is not picked up it will be considered abandoned and will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Order Discrepancies

From time to time on the website it will say we have something in stock and when we go to fulfill your order it may be out of stock. In this situation we will refund you right away, unfortunately this is an issue that can happen and although we try our best to ensure our website is always up to date, there is always a chance it could happen. If this situation occurs we try our best to let you know as soon as possible.

Subscription Box Orders

All subscription boxes are final sale. Please refer to the payment schedule on the product page for details on when your credit card will be charged and when you can expect your subscription box to be ready. If you want to cancel or update your credit card, please refer your account page (located on the menu bar).

Shipping

When you opt for shipping it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct shipping address, once a package is out for delivery we are unable to interrupt the package. Shipping is completed after our regular processing time and shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. You can refer to Canada Post for more details on shipping times. All orders come with tracking, we do not ship any items via letter mail.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $99 within Canada. There are some exceptions to our free shipping offer which include (but not limited to): subscription boxes, advent calendars, etc. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will state that it does not qualify for free shipping on it's product page. If your order qualifies for free shipping it will automatically appear at checkout for you.

We offer flat rate shipping for any orders under $99 or orders that include items that do not qualify for free shipping. Our flat rate shipping is $15.99 for across Canada. 

Returns

Orders made online can be returned for exchange or in store credit only within 14 days of receiving your package. You can return your purchase via mail (cost of postage is your own responsibility) or in store. Earrings, local boxes, subscription boxes, advent calendars, food items, and bath & body products are not eligible for return due to Health Canada regulations. All sale items are a final sale - sale items are not eligible for size exchanges.
