Directions:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1/4 cup of berries.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
- Strain Juice into a jar and sweeten with honey.
- Allow to cool. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Tips:
- Using a Wide bottom, metal sauce pan works best.
- Recipe should reduce to 1 cup of juice , simmer longer to achieve this
- Keep juice refrigerated and shake well before use
- Drink small amounts daily to boost immune system health.
