We specialize in small product based businesses; however we work with all small businesses.

Yes! For all of our website packages we offer the following payment plan:

25% to secure your spot
25% 2 weeks later
25% 2 weeks later
25% upon completion (2 weeks later)

Once you book via the website, you will select your initial 30 minute consultation to make sure we will be a good fit to work together.

After your initial consultation and you decide to move forward, you will receive an intake form and an industry standard agreement that outlines the start date, list of items that you can start to gather or think about before we officially get started.

On average, each website takes 4-6 weeks from their scheduled start date (as long as you provide everything needed). A project start date is assigned upon completion of your intake (we do this on a first come, first serve basis).

Please note, we only take on a limited amount of projects each month to ensure we can give sufficient attention to both your projects, but also to The Local Space.

If you are requiring a rush for completion due to a promotion or launch, we do offer a $1000 rush fee to move your project to the front of the line.

The extra costs that you may want to think about are:

• Updated photos for your website (Optional) - We do have a couple kickass photographers that we work with if you are needing a recommendation.
• Shopify Theme - This is a one time fee that is paid directly to the theme developer (in USD). I will help you pick the best theme for your business. We do not recommend free themes in most cases, but this can be evaluated based on your personal needs. Please budget for $200-$400 USD for a theme.
• Platform/App related fees - We audit your apps and packages to ensure you are paying as little as possible. But depending on your wants/needs, there are additional costs for apps within Shopify (Email marketing, points programs, special features, etc.)

There are no monthly fees with us or fixed term contract. If you ever want any changes with your website, you can book one hour website changes by clicking here.

• We do not include any product management within this package - though we can train/advise you on what you need to know here. Product set up can be added to your package depending on the number of products; this would include tags, product set up, editing, etc.
• Monthly updates and maintenace.

You bet! At The Local Space we are proud users of the Shopify POS system so we can provide training and migration to the Shopify system (additional cost).
