Ingredients
Distilled Water and Magnesium Chloride. 
Approximately 100mg elemental Magnesium per 10 sprays.

How to Use

Adults 15 - 30 sprays topically rubbed into the skin. You may layer the sprays or apply to multiple areas until you reach desired number of sprays. Start with 15 sprays and increase by 5 sprays until you find your #magoilmagic number. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 minutes.

*Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, broken skin, and other sensitive areas such as your face. If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with cool water. Slight itching/warming is normal and will dissipate in 10-15 mins.

Magic!!

I am a shift worker and sleep is hard to come by. I tried using this around my work block and every other night and have had some pretty amazing sleeps. It’s itchy at first but once it goes away (10-15min) it’s lights out!!!
