Made with Salt Spring Island Ales' Heather Ale and sweetened with honey, this mustard is "mustard caviar" – a whole-grain mustard that's elegant and versatile.

The tangy kick of apple cider vinegar, Heather Ale's earthy depth, and a sweet touch create a beautifully balanced flavour. Made for your cheese boards, burgers, sandwiches, or grilled dishes.

This jar is our only flavour that isn't gluten-free (because of the ale), it's vegetarian, nut-free, and contains alcohol.
