All the baking ingredients to make one dozen Cafe Mocha Cookies. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add 1 egg, 1/3-1/2 cup of butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Start with the 1/3 cup of butter and add more, as needed. Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

The Cafe Mocha cookies are a delicious double chocolate cookie with an espresso coffee kick.
