Our Umami Duo is the perfect gift for lovers of Japanese cuisine. The two typical flavours of Japan, with a concentrated Umami taste, go wonderfully well with soups, raw fish and sautéed.
The Black Garlic crayon is an excellent condiment to add to sushi, sashimi, poke bowl and bento. It also goes very well with comforting cream dishes, risotto, strong cheddar-type cheese or even good red meat. You understand that Black Garlic is powerful, and a few shavings are enough to add an Umami touch to your plate.
The Miso crayon has a subtle, slightly sweet and salty taste. Extraordinary for your health, it goes perfectly with your soups, broths, sauces, dressings, marinades and dips. Ideal for Asian cuisine.
How it works:
Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve.
How many shavings:
5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on a drink.
Food Crayon lasts up to 12 months. Once open keep them in their tube in the fridge.
