Apple Butter BBQ Sauce started at home with 40 pounds of apples. We peeled, cored, and then simmered them with molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum – to name just some of the ingredients. Our first batch was pressure-canned, just like Mom taught us, and we debuted it at BBQ competitions. It must have been good, because we won awards when we used it!

Apple Butter BBQ Sauce is a sweet, thick, smoky BBQ sauce with an aroma of apples, cinnamon and molasses. Its flavour is balanced between tangy bite and spice, with a texture like smooth apple sauce. Perfect for glazing grilled chicken, pork ribs, chops or tenderloin. Awesome condiment on anything grilled or wanting a rich BBQ sauce flavour. Also good simmered in sautéed onions or used in hand-made burgers or meatloaf.

Ingredients: apple puree, molasses, tomato paste, brown sugar, water, apple juice, liquid honey, cider vinegar, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel colour, garlic, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavour), natural liquid smoke, lemon juice, onion, garlic, spices.
Contains: fish.

Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce was created to be our competition slather – the indispensable coating of flavour applied to raw meat before the House of Q House Rub is shaken on. This gold mustard sauce is incredibly tasty and has quickly become a fan favourite. Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce is a mustard-based BBQ sauce that is at first zingy and tangy from the mustard and vinegar, and then provides a hint of heat with pepper and cayenne notes. Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce is fabulous as a dipping sauce or on anything that wants mustard, but is also delicious as a glaze on salmon or pork ribs. Also outstanding in vegetable dips, potato salad or devilled eggs.

Sugar and Spice BBQ Sauce is a food-lovers version of a spicy BBQ sauce. It takes its personality from wine-tasting, because there can be separate flavours within one sip. The separation of sweet from the heat of the spice was perfectly achieved in this BBQ sauce to create a sensational experience.

Common Applications
Sugar and Spice BBQ Sauce is an ideal dipping sauce for burgers, sausages and steaks, and it also makes a fantastic glaze for chicken.

Other Uses
Simmer it with fresh cranberries to create a BBQ chutney.
