Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cookies | Cookie Jar Mix

All the baking ingredients to make one dozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cookies. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add 1 egg, a 1/3-1/2 cup of slightly melted butter (start with 1/3 cup of butter and then add extra butter, as needed), 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of plain cream cheese (optional). Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
