Korean BBQ beef jerky prizes the flavor of beef. A blend of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper and sesame oil. This gives a slightly salty, mildly sweet and ginger-spice flavour. 

Ingredients: Halal Beef Roast, Korean BBQ Seasoning (Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder, Wheat, Salt, Modifed Corn Starch, Garlic, Vinegar, Spices, Ascorbic Acid, Spice Extracts, Sunfower and/or Sesame Oil), Water, Nitrate. Contains Gluten.
