How to Use
Massage chicken thoroughly with Triple Smoke Beer Can Chicken, then with Olive Oil. Allow to rest for 15 mins or longer. Lower the chicken onto half-filled beer can, in its cavity. Place the chicken on grill, or baking sheet in oven, using the legs and beer can as a tripod to support the chicken. Cook chicken until the thickest part of the thigh reads 165F.
