Beer Blasted Jalapeno Jelly

We combined beer with our B.C. grown jalapeno peppers using a local hoppy IPA. It’s got a gentle heat and is great spread over some cream cheese on a cracker, in an adult PBJ sandwich or add use it to add zest to a grilled cheese.
