It's important that you fill in all the boxes with as much information as possible so we can ensure we pick the perfect products to go in your gift.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Go to Product page

Go to the Custom Corpoate Local Box page (click here) and fill out all the appropriate information. The more information you provide, the better of a Box/Basket we can provide to your client/customer/recipient.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Pretty self explanatory for this step; once you have filled in all the appropriate information on the Custom Corporate Local Box product page, just hit add to cart. You can add as many local boxes to your cart in one order, just make sure you provide the appropriate recipients information in each order.

Step 3: Check Out

When you are all ready to go and have added all the Custom Corporate Local Boxes that you require to your cart, you're all set to check out. Upon check out select LOCAL PICK UP and select the WAREHOUSE as your pick up location. On the product page you would have selected whether you would like local pick up or shipping/delivery, we will go off the information you provided on the product page. If you selected shipping or delivery, you will recieve a seperate invoice.

Please Note: We do not offer free courier delivery, but we do offer free shipping for each box that is $100 or more. Free shipping can only be used for one box for single locations. If you order 6x $150 boxes we can offer free shipping for each box (within Canada), but not delivery service at this time.

Step 4: Pay your shipping/delivery invoice

If you opted for shipping or delivery, you will recieve an invoice to your e-mail. Your order will be shipped/sent out upon payment.

These items all vary in timeline availability. Please refer to the actual product pages for more details and speak to one of our Local Box experts. On average 2-4 weeks in turnaround time is required for custom products. Most branded products require minimums and ordering in advance.

FAQs

What if I want to order multiple of the same box?

You can add as many local boxes/baskets to your order as you please, just change the quantity of the the product on your cart page to however many of the same box you want. We do provide bulk discounts for orders of the same box of 20 or more boxes (minimum spend of $100 per box). Contact localbox@thelocalspace.ca to discuss bulk options.

If I order today, when will my order ship?

Local Box orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding stat holidays), and ship within 24 hours if your order is not a bulk order or include custom branded products. Bulk orders and custom branded products will vary in timeline, a quote can be obtained by contacting one of our Local Box Coordinators at localbox@thelocalspace.ca 

How far in advance should I order for christmas?

For best choice in products, we recommend ordering 4-6 weeks before Christmas. We do continue to make gift boxes and baskets up until December 23rd, but contents are based on availability.

Can I order outside the website?

Of course! You can send your to localbox@thelocalspace.ca and one of our Local Box Coordinator's will send you an invoice to your email. Please make sure in your e-mail you provide all the answers to the questions that are on our Custom Corporate Local Box page. We are not able to take payments over the phone at this time.

I have questions, can I talk to someone?

You betcha! You can reach out to localbox@thelocalspace.ca to talk to one of our Local Box Coordinators. Please expect 24-48 hours for reponses, Monday through Friday (excluding stat holidays).

I would like to include my own branding materials, is that possible?

For our corporate customers that order 5 or more gift boxes/baskets per month we have bins to hold branding materials (cards, business cards, personalized ribbon, marketing materials, etc.) that we can hold in house. It is the responsibility of the individual to get us the branded materials and we will store it safely in their labeled bin on our 'Corporate Account' shelf.

For customers that choose to utilize our branded products and for example, purchase 50 candles, we can store those candle (as long as they do not take up more than one shelf) to use for future boxes and baskets.
