Uses

Simply add our mushroom and truffle purée to a creamy pasta dish or a béchamel pizza to instantly create a sophisticated meal. This condiment is delicious as a burger topping or in scrambled eggs. It can also be served as a hors d'oeuvre, on crostini.

Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) and Boletus (Boletus edulis) 70%, Extra virgin olive oil, Black olives, Summer truffles (Tuber æstivumVitt.) 2%, Oignon, Garlic, Sea salt, White truffle flavour, Parsley, Wine vinegar, Acidifier: citric acid.
