Unless you are living under a rock (or you don't live in the lower mainland), you know that the tulips are in full bloom. A couple weeks ago we (Kristy and myself) were invited to enjoy breakfast in the tulips with fellow bloggers and businesses from all over the lower mainland thanks to Sequel Events.
This was my first year to visit the tulip festival and it was definitely worth it. I know I see a lot of people complaining about the traffic along the highways, but when you're in the fields, you forget about all the craze, it's extremely relaxing - the pure beauty makes you relax.
Today is the last day for the tulip festival at Tulips of the Valley but make sure you mark your calendars for next year, you won't want to miss out on it. I did want to give a huge shout out to Royals Kombacha (who just so happens to have their grand opening in downtown Chilliwack very soon, click here for details on that), Sequel Events, Tulips of the Valley, Vanessa Marie Studios, Pretty Things Rentals, Sophias Flower Shop, The Cake Mama and all the other wonderful ladies who joined us for breakfast this chilly morning.
